Additional Options

Operating Agreement >>> Similiar to a partnership agreement, an operating agreement is sometimes necessary when forming an LLC. Unless the LLC has adopted an operating agreement stating otherwise, under Arizona law, the members (owners) of the limited liability company have equal rights of management, equal rights to profits, and equal obligations to contribute capital. If your business plan outlines an arrangement between the members other than this, then an operating agreement is essential.
Cost = $135.00.

Statutory / Registered Agent Service >>> Arizona law, as with all other states, requires the designation of a statutory agent (also known as registered agent) within the state to receive service of process. (This applies to llc's as well as to corporations). You may act as your own statutory agent as long as you have a physical address (not a P.O. Box) located within Arizona. If you do not have a physical address in Arizona, CompanyInc can serve as the agent.
Cost = $75/quarter.

Tax ID (EIN) Service >>> Multi-member limited liability companies and LLCs with employees will need a Federal tax identification number from the IRS. An interactive, easilly completed application for the EIN is available online at irs.gov. While most customers will prefer to obtain the EIN online by themselves, we can complete an application for you.
Cost = $45.00.
