Every document needed to form a business corporation is included with our Arizona incorporation package. As each step is completed, we provide status reports detailing what has been done, the next phase, and the time frame it will be completed. When the process is finished, a closing report is provided, together with all documents written to a CD.  The customer then has a digital record of each form with copies of all pertinent forms.

Options are available whereby corporate resolutions with minutes of shareholders and directors meetings are contained on a CD.  Below is an itemization listing forms and services included in the package for corporations:

Additional options are available (in fact, recommended) to ensure observance of corporate operating formalities.  At minimum,  bylaws should be adopted to comply with state law.
