Our business formation program for an Arizona LLC includes everything required to legally form the business. As every step to establish the business is completed, a  written status report explaining what has been done, the next step, and the time frame it will be completed. At the end of the process, we provide a closing report together with each document written to a CD. Client then has a digital archive of all forms pertaining to their company. Hard copies of forms are also provided.

Limited Liability Company Formation Service
  • Name check and reservation of chosen business name;
  • Preparation of Articles of Organization for company including Acceptance of Statutory Agent;
  • Personal delivery and filing of Articles to Corporation Commission (ACC);
  • Expedited processing fees paid to state;
  • Expedited review and approval by ACC;
  • Retrieval of approved Articles of Organization bearing ACC endorsement and filing number;
  • Prepare and place  Notice of Filing Articles in a state-approved legal newspaper for publication;
  • Preparation and filing of Affidavit of Publication;
  • Written status report and hard copies in every step of formation;
  • Copies of  LLC forms written to CD in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

To get started with your LLC, give us a call.  We'll discuss pertinent information, take that information by telephone, prepare your documents, e-mail them for signing, and file them as soon as they are returned to us (usually within 24 hours). Then, when the Arizona limited liability company is approved, we will publish its Articles of Organization in a legal newspaper, file an affidavit of publication with the corporation commission, and deliver an operating agreement with the approved articles. If you want to change any part of the operating agreement, we will - at no additional charge, but this usually isn't necessary, because has been specifically prepared to meet your conditions.
