A quick online search using terms such as arizona incorporation, or incorporating an Arizona corporation results in listings of numerous websites advertising incorporation services by businesses, most of which aren't even located within this state.

The fact of the matter is, is that initial steps to incorporate in arizona are not complex.  Rather than to pay an online incorporation service for Articles of Incorporation, this document can be obtained directly from the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) at no charge. Accompanying instructions are available outlining how to prepare the document, file it and in what newspapers to publish articles after the filing is  approved.

To "do it yourself", one would still need to prepare corporate bylaws which comply with state law, then prepare minutes of a board of directors meeting to evidence that bylaws have been adopted by the corporation.  Even that would be relatively simple. There are several books available at law libraries or book stores with preprinted corporate bylaws with board of directors minutes included. For example, a book entitled Incorporate Your Business: A Guide to Forming a Corporation by Nolo is easily adopted for Arizona use.

Although a person could incorporate by using these forms, that doesn't necessarily mean you will want to, or even should. We have a better way.  We charge less money but do more. By specializing in incorporation of Arizona businesses, we are able to establish a corporate entity quickly and correctly the first time.

Our professional expertise goes a long way towards effective, competent incorporation.  By hiring us to incorporate, you'll save time, trouble and money so you can concentrate on doing business, while making money! Our service saves you from hunting down correct forms, and reading endless articles by lawyers purporting to discuss "do-it-yourself incorporation".

Telephone our office, and your company will be incorporated in as short amount of time possible, at a cost effective price.  When you call, we will discuss everything while obtaining necessary information to incorporate your business. Then Articles of Incorporation will be e-mailed to you in PDF format.  You'll need to sign them before sending them back to us for filing with the ACC.

It usually takes about 5-7 business days for approval of corporate filings. When articles are approved, we place them in a legal newspaper for publication (a requirement in Arizona).  Then, we file an Affidavit of Publication, returning an endorsed copy to you.

Options include bylaws with minutes of organizational meeting of board of directors.  Bylaws are drafted to comply with Arizona law, prepared specifically for your corporation. Minutes are a written record that corporate directors have held a meeting to adopt bylaws.  Other corporate actions may be recorded as well, such as authorization of opening a bank account, or leasing office space.

After an organizational meeting, state law requires corporate directors and shareholders to meet at least annually. This is why our full incorporation service includes minutes (printed records) of those meetings for your corporation's future use. Every form that has been filed, plus all forms that are be needed to legally operate a corporation are written to a CD and given to our clients for maintenance of corporate records.

Since we are located with direct access to the ACC, you will receive expedited service from a local professional experienced in incorporating Arizona businesses. We can do business by telephone, or if you prefer to meet in person, just set up an appointment.
